how are our heart, lungs and organs?
Are we getting the recommended 8 hours of sleep daily?
are we eating a nutritious and well balanced diet?
are we keeping harmful substances like smoking, drugs and alcohol out of out body?

In order for us to achieve our peak health and well being, our mental, physical and social health must all be equally balanced. That means that if you have strong physical and social health, but are lacking in mental health, you are not in balance.
