those are all the components of the health triangle

physical

staying physical is inportant because you need to stay fit and in shape to be healthy  

social

You need to be social to keep you mental/emotional health good 

mental/emotinal

You need to be emotionally healthy to keep social and physically healthy 

Ideal health

  • All the components of the health triangle need to be in balance
  • If they are not you wont have the energy to do anything so it will leave you physically, mentally/emotionally and maybe even socially unhealthy
  • you can keep them in balance by keeping a scheduled of work outs to do which will keep up physical up and by slowly making friends to keep your social health up and both will keep your mental health up
