3 Components: Physical, Social, and Mental

  • Physical -- your body
  • Mental -- your mind
  • Social -- your realationships

Physical

  • How much sleep you get
  • If you are in shape
  • How much you weigh/how tall are you
  • If your organs are in shape
  • How nutritious you are
  • If you use harmful substances
  • Having a good physical balance is very vital. You want to be fit inside and out.

Mental

  • Make sure your stress level is low
  • Your thoughts
  • How you feel/your attitide
  • What you know/learning skills
  • How good or bad your self esteem is
  • Having a strong mind is very important. Focus on your mind, your emotions, but do not spend all of your time thinking about your mind.

Social

  • All of your relationships
  • Boyfriends/girlfriends
  • Family
  • Friends
  • You should have a good social life by not being too social or too antisocial.

Ideal Health - the 3 should…BALANCE

  • The three should be balanced because all of the sides effect one another. Say if your sad, being sad is going to change how your body feels. It is going to make your body feel more drained then it would if you were happy; therefore, having balanced triangle will give you the best feeling body.
