Three Components

Physical

  • One of the main components of the Health Triangle is being physical.
  • To assure that your physical health is secure, steps need to be taken into action.
  • Sleep must be an essential thing you do as well as eating nutritiously three times a day. Staying away from drugs and alcohol is the of good health.

Social

  • Being social is just as important as staying physically healthy.
  • Making sure that you have a good relationship with your peers is very important for the environment around you.
  • Having a good relationship with your family and friends will help this.

Mental

  • Having a good mental state also ties in with the other two components.
  • Being emotionally aware will help the way you interact in your normal daily life.
  • It will help you with your habits as well as how you view them.

Ideal Health

  • Ideal health is centered around having a good physical, social, and mental state.
  • Being mentally prepared for things will help more with the way you plan and socialize.
  • Being social will get you used to schedules and will increase your physical health.
  • Your physical health will change the way you feel about yourself, and even about other people.
