Health Triangle

Three Components-Physical, Social and Mental

Physical:
The physical side of your health triangle includes your nutrition, weight and height, in shape or not, amount of sleep, use of harmful substances, sickness and disease, heart, lungs and organs.

Social:
The social side of your triangle includes family, friends, authority figures, boyfriends and girlfriends.

Mental:
The mental side of your triangle includes thoughts and feelings, what you know, learning new skills, attitudes, self-esteem, reducing stress and mental illnesses.

Ideal Health:
