  • Exercise, Nutrition, and Sleep are apart of this
  • Exercise helps you have more energy
  • Nutrition helps balance your eating and your body
  • You should wake up and go to bed at the same time

PHYSICAL HEALTH

  • Alcohol and Drugs interfere with your brain
  • It puts you at risk for accidental injuries
  • Weight management puts you at less risk
  • Exercise and nutrition helps maintain weight
  • No exercise can lead to heart disease

MENTAL HEALTH

  • How you think and feel in life
  • Deals with learning, stress and illness
  • Learning increases self-confidence, awarness,
  • And self-profession
  • Also how it teaches how to cope with things

MENTAL HEALTH

  • Stress is how are bodies react with changes
  • To be healthy you should find positive ways to cope
  • If you do not then you are at risk for depression
  • Also anxiety which is not a healthy place to be

  • Anybody can cause mental illness
  • Mental illness can cause
  • Depression, bipolar disorder,
  • Schizophrena, and phobias
  • It can make a big toll on your life

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • The way you act around people
  • This includes how you are around
  • Your Family, relationships, and
  • Friends

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • Public health deals with you being
  • Healthy and making good decisions
  • Making sure you are healthy benefits
  • Your community and being safe

SOCIAL HEALTH

  • Being social in your family is a good
  • Thing. They will always support you and love
  • You. When families work together it
  • Eliminates stress. It promotes a safe and
  • Enjoyable environment.

  • With friends it increases
  • Happiness.Friends help you celebrate
  • Your accomplishments. And give you
  • Support always. It also reduces stress
  • And builds up self-estem.
