Mental

  • mental health can be determined by many things.
  • stress, mental illness, thoughts and feelings.
  • These things can either make your mental health bad or good.

physical

  • Physical is how healthy your body is and how active you are.
  • The physical side of the triangle is about weight, amount of sleep, the right foods that you eat and many other things.
  • If you have bad habits with physical things then your body will weaken and you will be more able to get sick or have a major body part fail.

Social

  • The third key to having a healthy triangle is social.
  • You are social every day you spend time with your family, hangout with friends, or interact with your boyfriend or girlfriend.

Emotional

  • being able to show your emotions to others and tell them how you feel about them or something else.
  • This is also part of mental and you should figure out a way to express your self and show your emotions.

Ideal heath

  • All three sides should be equal.
  • If they are not you should try and get them to be balanced and then you will finally live a healthy life.
