Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
Being "healthy" means well-being for all 3 sides of the health triangle. Being "healthy" means having a balanced health triangle. An ideal health is having balance of a healthy body, healthy mind and healthy relationships. A change on one side of the triangle will affect the other two sides, because three sides of the triangle touch each other.
