Physical
Is how you keep your body healthy by exercising and eating a healthy diet. You can do this by setting goals for yourself.For example, run for 30 minutes a day and eat a balanced meal daily.

Social
Is how you communicate with people around you. To be healthy you need to be able to talk to the people around you whether that's friends or parents. Communication is key to a healthy life.

Mental
Is how you are mentally or emotionally. You need to be able to identify your emotions and solve problems. You can also talk to people and express your feelings to help you become more healthy.

Ideal Health
Is when all the components are balanced. You can't be overly social, not physical, and not mentally healthy. You need to be 100% healthy which means your triangle needs to be 100% balanced.
