Health Triangle

ALl 3 things are balanced which leads to ideal health.

3 Components-Physical, Social, and Emotional (or Mental)

  • endurance (physical)
  • flexibility (physical)
  • muscular strength (physical)
  • Self-awarenessn (social and emotional or mental)
  • Self-management (social and emotional or mental)
  • Social awareness (social and emotional or mental)

Physical Health

  • Apperance on outside
  • Muscles
  • Height, Eyes, hair skin tone, smile, face.
  • Your apperance are based on how you look maybe upset happy or etc.
  • Physical is really just how you look from your outside apperance.

Social Health

  • How a person acts in different society.
  • Social society is something that is around us that changes how we act.
  • We don't act the same in school that we do in home with our parents, that's because we will be in a different social society.
  • Being in a social society can be a good thing and bad thing. Sometimes it will make you feel shy brave or upset and happy.

Mental Health

  • Mental Health is the state of our health just mentally.
  • So one would be how you act emotionally maybe sad, mad, happy or neutreual.
  • Mental Health can also include things like how you act socially because that's just your mental state and how you act.

Ideal Health

  • A balance of physical, emotional, and social health.
  • Being able to balance all of these and all of them are in a good state means you are healthy.
  • It's always better to make sure to balance all these 3 because if you do then you would have good Ideal Health.
