PHYSICAL
In terms of body and health, it is good to have good health to have a healthy lifestyle. It is good to exercise 60 min. For 5 days each weak. It is also good to avoid tobacco use or drugs to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Your stress and blood pressure is affected by your mental health. If not taken care of it can result into serious stuff. Trying to be calm can help your mental health.

Your behavior and well-being can affect your social life. It is good to be a nice and trustworthy person for your social health.

If you take care of your physical, mental, and social health you can have a healthy triangle. It needs to be balanced if you want a healthy lifestyle.
