You must always have a healthy lifestyle to keep up with this side of the triangle.
This includes; sickness and disease, in shape or not, weight and height, amount of sleep, nutrition, heart, lungs, organs, and the use of harmful substances.
This has a lot to do with choices and decisions you make.
Health is a combination of all three parts of the triangle. To actually be "healthy" your health physically, socially, mentally, and emotionally has to be balanced. All three sides touch and have a cause and effect relationship with each other.
