What I think health is is the condition you keep your body in and how healthy you stay
Our health book states that health is the well being of our body, our mind, and our relationships with others.

What I think eating healthy means is that you should eat protein and vitamins with an occasional serving of sugar which you should have everyday anyway.

Yes I do eat healthy but I do eat sugar to. I do drink soda and Gatorade but water everyday. I have a apple everyday in my lunch.

I said yes to the question before because I do eat healthy but I admit I do eat some sugar to. Your body does need sugar to stay healthy though.

I eat:
A lot of meat for example me and my dad got three deer off our property this year so we have been eating a lot of venison

I also enjoy fruits like apples, and oranges
A third thing that would be on my list is peanut butter sandwiches

I eat toast in the morning also I will usually put peanut butter on it to.
Lastly I love cheeseburgers I don't like McDonald's but I will eat a cheeseburger from Burger King once and a while during a sports season I don't eat fast food that much if any.

Exercise is important because the more you exercise the more you will be more energetic or not as tired all the time. And your weight will stay at a balance.

Yes I do exercise I run races like the swamp foot and the color run. I might do the Marysville run in a couple months.

I do exercise and wanted to get my friend involved I would push him day in and day out to exercise And to get fit.

I think we will be covering how to eat healthy, exercise, relationships with other people and sexual relations.

I hope we cover more of exercise because I want to stay fit the rest of my life even when I get very elderly. I will still want to run everyday.
