Section 1 What I think health is is the condition you keep your body in and how healthy you stay Our health book states that health is the well being of our body, our mind, and our relationships with others.
Section 2 What I think eating healthy means is that you should eat protein and vitamins with an occasional serving of sugar which you should have everyday anyway.
Section 2 I said yes to the question before because I do eat healthy but I admit I do eat some sugar to. Your body does need sugar to stay healthy though.
Section 2 I eat toast in the morning also I will usually put peanut butter on it to. Lastly I love cheeseburgers I don't like McDonald's but I will eat a cheeseburger from Burger King once and a while during a sports season I don't eat fast food that much if any.
Section 3 Exercise is important because the more you exercise the more you will be more energetic or not as tired all the time. And your weight will stay at a balance.
Section 4 I hope we cover more of exercise because I want to stay fit the rest of my life even when I get very elderly. I will still want to run everyday.
