  • Low in fat and calories
  • Fibre supply
  • Source of essential vitamins (A, C, E), minerals and trace elements.

  • Considered a good source of carbohydrates
  • Also nutrients as magnesium, iron, selenium, B vitamins and fiber.

  • Good for calcium, protein, vitamins

  • Eat moderate amounts only
  • Choose lower fat versions
