WHY SHOULD YOU EAT HEALTHY?

If you have to many sugars and unhealthy food, you could get diabetes. But how can you prevent it?

You can prevent diabetes by exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eating balanced meals.
What is a balanced meal though?

A balanced meal has fruits, grains, vegetables, protein, and dairy.

Some things that might prevent healthy eating is: Stress, if your really stressed out, you could just be eating and not even acknowledge it. Also money, you might not have enough money to buy healthy foods. And self esteem, if you don't feel good about yourself, your just eating without even noticing.
