- Gives you vitamin
- Gives you fiber
- Gives you energy

- Broccoli
- Apple
- Carrots
- Grapes
- Cucumber

Red and Purple Fruits and Vegetables
Grains
gives you fewer nutrients.
Cereals help to our nervous system and give us energy.
Dairy products
gives you proteins and calcium.

Milk make our bones and teeth more stronger
Meat and Beans
Help us to grow and repair damages in our body.

Some oils are good because they help
the body absorb nutrients from fruits and vegetables.
Sugar
This group has a lot of fat,
the fat is not good for our body.

help to have a healthy body

- walk

- play
Do thirty minutes of exercise daily.
