  • Gives you fiber

Green Vegetables

Help us to prevent diseases and mantain good our immune system.

Orange fruits and vegetables

Nourish our skin and protect us from UV rays.

Red and Purple Fruits and Vegetables

Help to mantain a good hearth

Grains
gives you fewer nutrients.

Examples of grains:

  • Bread
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Flour

Cereals help to our nervous system and give us energy.

Dairy products
gives you proteins and calcium.

Some oils are good because they help
the body absorb nutrients from fruits and vegetables.

This group has a lot of fat,
the fat is not good for our body.

Excercise
help to have a healthy body

Examples of excercises

  • ride in bicycle
  • walk
  • run
  • jump
  • play

Do thirty minutes of exercise daily.

Drink water

Is very important drink water to be hydrated.
