  • Heat: the total kinetic energy of molecules in an object
  • Heat Transfer - moves from hot to cold and it moves in three ways
  • Conduction: transfer of heat through touching objects
  • Convection: transfer of heat through fluids (liquids & gases)
  • Radiation: transfer of heat through waves or rays
