WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HEAL AFTER A RELATIONSHIPS HAS ENDED

  • Recognize that it's ok to have diffrent feelings
  • Give yourself a break and don't go through it alone.
  • Don't fight your feelings and talk about them.
  • Remember that you still have a future.
  • There are other fish in the sea.
  • Spend time with people who make you happy.
  • Take a time out and avoid using drugs, acohol, or food to cope.
  • Explore new interest to get your mind off of things.
