Hebrew Culture

LOcation

• The Hebrew culture was originated in Mesopotamia, and then later moved to Egypt and Canaan.

Time

• The Hebrew Culture comes from the Old Testament, there is no exact date as to when this was written, but the estimated that it was around 600 B.C.

Creation Story

• God spoke the earth. He said there be light, and then their was light
• The creation of people was with Adam & Eve. God tested them and they failed so he punished them and all of their future offspring
• The classification is Ex-nihilo

Gods

• This culture applies to 3 religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam)
• In the islam religion they call him Allah.
• In others he is just known as God

Afterlife

• It is believed that after your physicial body dies, your soul goes to either a paradise (Heaven) or misery (Hell) for all of eternity
