• Be at least 30 years of age
• Citizen for 9 years
• Inhabit the state in which you want to represent

QUALIFICATIONS(HOR)

• Be at least 25 years of age
• Citizen for at least 7 years
• Must live within the district they represent

HOW TO BE ELECTED

• Have to be voted for by the people
• If eclected in the senate: serve a 6 year term.
• If elected as a representative: serve a 2 year term.
