HERCULES MYTH

  • Princess Alcmene was loved by Zeus and she gave birth to Hercules and Zeus's wife Hera got jealous and hated the princess and her offspring. She sent two serpents to kill Hercules in his cradle but Hercules was not a ordinary baby he was strong and strangled the two snakes with his bare hands before they could even touch him. Hercules was given a choice in a vision he could choose the easy life with pleasure or a challenging life full of hardship, danger, and glory. He chose the second one and he got what he asked for.
