THE TRAININGS WERE

  • Linos, a son of Apollo, tutored him in music and taught him to read and write.
  • Amphitryon taught him how to drive a chariot.
  • Autolycus, son of Hermes and a notorious thief, taught him how to wrestle.
  • Castor, a re-owned horseman, tutored him in combat strategy, cavalry tactics and in the art of fencing. Eurytus, king of Oeschalia and a re-owned bowman, taught him archery.
  • Cheiron, one of the Centaurs (half human, half horse creatures) taught him to be virtuous and fair.

When Hercules was older, he was known for his strength, bravery, courage and the twelve labors.

How Hercules died with his family. Hera had another plan to kill Hercules. It would take some time because she didn't want Zeus to find out that she killed his son. Hera went to Hercules and then she messed with his mind and when he saw his wife, he bashed her head in, and when he saw his children, he bash their heads in as well.
