  • He fought in the war of 1812 and the Alamo.
  • He died at the Alamo.
  • He died on March 6th, 1836 and cause of death is unknown.
  • Crockett, Texas and Davy Crockett Lake were named after him.

  • He was Born in South Carolina on 9 August 1809.
  • He fought in the battle of the Alamo.
  • He died fighting at the Alamo.
  • Lake Travis and Travis County Texas were named after him.
