SECRETARY

  • Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, taking minutes from a meeting, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

TREASURER

  • Has a watchdog role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of the Committee to safeguard the families finances.
  • Advise the board on financial strategy, and advise on fundraising.

COORDINATOR

  • In charge of every facet of meeting and events. Liaison between family and the planner. Help coordinate all events and special meetings.
  • In charge of overseeing the processes and details of how the family reaches a goal.

PLANNER

  • Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
  • Coordinates all aspects of professional meetings and events. They often choose meeting locations, arrange transportation, and coordinate other details for families members to vote on.
