PROM
With leg relaxed,
pull up on the belt

AAROM
Bring foot up towards opposite knee, keeping the thigh on the table. Use belt to assist.

AROM Gravity-eliminated
With leg supported, roll thigh outward

AROM Anti-gravity
With thigh supported roll leg outward and bring heel up opposite shin

ISOMETRIC
Lay on stomach and push heels together

ISOTONIC
Tie Theraband to leg of chair and loop around ankle. Pull foot in and up.
