  • Welcome new hire and equipment setup
  • Onboarding forms and paperwork
  • New hire intro and exposure to company culture
  • Before day one check in to answer questions
  • Enabling new hires to develop social ties with Team

PROCESS HIGHLIGHTS- DAY ONE

  • Employment verification
  • Intro to TriNet, Online 401k, etc.
  • Overview of company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Office tour and hands-shaking (if applicable)
  • Make sure new hire is introduced to assigned mentor

PROCESS HIGHLIGHTS- WEEK ONE

  • Check in with new hire on onboarding experience
  • Administer the new hire orientation survey

PROCESS HIGHLIGHTS- 30/60/90 DAYS

  • Check-in on training courses completion
  • Find out if there is any issues/ concerns

TEAM ONBOARDING EVENT

  • Happens on week 2 every February, May, August, and November
  • A two- day event to create opportunities for social ties and collaboration
  • An opportunity for new hires to learn about other departments
  • A one- time opportunity to hear HireVue story live from Mark
