PRESENTATION OUTLINE

NATIONAL ARCHIVES HEIST

The purpose of having the National Archives is to house the most important legal and historical documents forever.

The National Archives in DC house the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence.

There are forty-four National Archives facilities across the country.

The documents are put on display in a glass encasement which is ballistically resistant. The encasement
is constructed of titanium and aluminum.

The Great Document Heist Proposal
The first part of the plan will be to put the word out that someone is going to steal the Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution. The National Archives will respond by moving the documents to the Archives in Atlanta, GA. They will use a transportation company owned by the thief. This will be possible because the team will hack the computer system and give the transportation company the required credentials to do the job. This part of the plan only requires two people.
Once the documents are loaded on the truck and on the way to Atlanta, a diversion will be created. Assuming the truck will be escorted by at least two other vehicles, these will have to be taken out first. A detour off of I75 S will be set up. Once the convoy is on a back road two marksmen will be waiting to shoot the tires and engines of the other two vehicles. Two men from the team will be in the transportation truck and they will drive to a secure area to exchange the real documents for fake documents. A forger will recreate the documents and they will be put in the same bullet proof encasements. The forged documents will be left in the transportation truck. A helicopter will waiting at the secure area to take the real documents to another secure area. In the meantime, all traces of the transportation company will be erased so the thieves cannot be tracked. A total of eight men will be needed in this part of the plan.
The impact of this theft will impact the citizens of the US greatly. People are often in awe of these documents when they see them. The documents represent how the country came to be and the ideas we live by. By taking these documents the citizens would be saddened.
