• One or more hydroxyl groups attached to a carbon aton.

Alcohol has been around since 10,000 BC.
In Egypt beer was favor of human gods, of the rich and poor, grown ups and children (beer with oil and vegetable was important)

Hebrew bible says recommending alcohol to people that is dying or depressed so they can forget all about their pain and misery.

Alcohol was made by the Egyptians 10,000 years ago.

The area where the wine was discovered was located somewhere around the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea
