HOW A TRAFFIC LIGHT WORKS

  • There is usually a drive on the post in a box that controls the traffic lights and is an electrical system for the telephone wires.
  • Some traffic lights were powered on solar power

OLDER MODELS

  • Older models of traffic lights were mainly on poles instead of power lines.
  • Most of the older models had four sides instead of one.
