- Heat the honey in a water bath
- Add soda
- Mix it until the mixture turns white

- Remove from heat and add water and sugar
- Mix until sugar dissolves
- Put back into the water bath and heat for about 15 minutes, until the mixture becomes caramel color

- Remove from the heat
- Add butter
- Stir until it completely dissolved
- Wait for 15 minutes while it cools

- When the mixture has cooled, add beaten eggs and mix until smooth
- Add flour and knead the dough (flour may need a little more)
Divide the dough into 8-10 parts

- Roll each part thinly
- Cut off excess
Bake each cake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 6-7 minutes
Add sour cream and powered sugar

- Coat the cooled cakes with layers of cream
- Coat cake with cream
- Put in the refrigerator
FOR DECOR:
- Roll out the leftovers and bake
- Chop it
Cover the cake with crumbs
