  • The horse was native to Asia.
  • The Spanish brought the horses to the U.S

WAS THE HORSE BROUGHT TO THE U.S OR WAS IT NATIVE?

  • The horse was not native to the U.S it was native to Asia.
  • The horse made its way to the U.S about 10,000 years ago.
  • The horse was originally from Asia and then some of them became wild and traveled around.
  • No one physically brought the horse to the U.S it came on its own.

WHAT SPECIAL CONDITIONS DOES THE HORSE REQUIRE TO THRIVE?

  • Horses thrive by eating good foods
  • Like grains,apples,root veggies, barley and grass
  • Another way they would thrive is to have a good place to live
  • So now a days they get put in a stable but back then they would be tied
  • Up to a tree in a good place with lots of grass.

  • When the horses have good energy it will make them thrive better
  • Because if they have more energy they can do more and be stronger for work.

  • Horses can gallop up to 27 mph
  • Horse have bigger eyes then any other living animal on land.
