Mentor, Ohio was known for having many nurseries.

Since the population has grown, the square miles of nurseries has gone down

Big, clean beaches and water at Lake Erie no erosion.

Not used as much for recreation due to dirty water and beach

Memorial Jr. High in 1970's

Originally it was Mentor's High School

Mentor Memorial Middle School 2014

Completely renovated with more room and new gym

The Great Lakes Mall

Was a mega mall built in the 1970's

Today's Great Lakes Mall

Has more than 120 retail stores in its newest renovation

Mentor Police Department 70's

This is where my grandpa was Mentor's Police Chief

Mentor Municipal Center Today

Mentor Police Department is part of Civic Center

Mentor Marsh

Every so often, it has devastating fires that kills wildlife and plants.
