General George Washington is famous for leading the American Army. He was married to Martha. We would of not of won the battle without his courageousness.

Benjamin Franklin is the father of the light bulb which means he invented the lightbulb. Without him we would not have any electricity.

"The British are coming, the British are coming!" Do you hear that? It's Paul Revere, and he is here so we better take cover because "the British are coming!"

What poems do you know? How about the itty bitty spider? Well the first poem was written by Phillis Wheatley. She often wrote poems about freedom.

When Abigail Adams was young she was taught at home. Her dad always told her to treat each other with respect. She liked to read, and she liked to read the Bible, and other books. When she was 19 she was married to John Adams.

Molly-Pitcher! Do you hear that? You have to hurry up Molly! Molly Pitcher was a brave women at the American Revolution because she took a mans place because he could not get up from the war but Molly helped him up even though the British were chasing her. She fired the canon without paying any attention to what she was doing. She was not Molly Pitcher at first. She was, Molly Hays.
