HOW TO BRUSH YOUR TEETH

MATERIALS

• Tooth brush
• Tooth paced
• Sink
• Spit cup

1.

• Get your tooth brush.

2.

• Put tooth paste on it.

3.

• Put the tooth brush in your mouth,and scrub it on all of your teeth in your mouth.

4.

• Take the tooth brush out of your mouth and turn on the sink and put water in your spit cup.

5.

• Put the water from the cup in your mouth and gurgle it in your mouth.

• 6. Spit out the water in the sink and turn off the sink.
