Drama is something that everyone everywhere will deal with throughout their lives and not everybody deals with it in the right way. I have 8 suggested steps that I believe are the correct ways to deal with drama.
First, Confront those people. Tell them what's going isn't good and the issue needs to be fixed. You might also need to get an adult to help out with the issue and that would be your step two. An adult should be there to help the people talking out the drama. It might help the drama get resolved faster.
Third, Be in a private place. Sitting in a private place where there aren't very many distractions will keep everyone on topic and get the problem resolved quicker. Next, Let each person tell their side of the story. Make sure not to interrupt each other, it wouldn't exactly help the issue get resolved.
Next, Take what they said into consideration. Don't blow off anything they say, listen to what they are saying because it is their opinion on the situation. You also need let the adult have their say. The adult isn't there to just listen. They are also there to help the people involved understand one another.
Finally, Get the issue fixed and make a choice. Once the situation is resolved, decide if y'all would like to stay friends or not. Lastly, you two need to forget about it. Act as if the situation never happened so it doesn't have a chance of getting stirred back up.
Drama will always be in our lives we just have to learn how to deal with it. A lot of people, especially kids, deal with drama in the wrong way which causes the issue to worsen. I believe my steps on dealing with drama is one of the best and correct ways on how to deal with drama.
