• To learn how to do a Back walkover on the ground,
• Then a back walkover standing,
• Then once you do those a couple of times you can do a backhand spring

WHO COULD I ASK FOR HELP?

• First you have to learn to do a back walk over
• You start out on the ground into a bridge
• Then kick over

• First stand up
• Then lean back
• Then put your hands on the ground
• Then kick over with one foot then the other
• Last you stance your self with one foot in front and the other in back
