HOW TO EDIT AND REVISE WRITING
Read the paper a few times looking for
Spelling and grammar mistakes
Make sure the paper has a thesis, purpose, details, examples and organization
Read the paper line by line. If some parts don't make sense, change them
Have someone else read the paper and have them tell you what parts were confusing
Go back and correct any errors you noticed while you were editing
Read the paper out loud watching and listening for anything that doesn't sound right
