How to spin

• First you do back cross overs.
• Next you put your foot in the circle that you were going in.
• After that you put your left hand in front of you and your right and goes on the right of you.
• Then you swing your left hand to the left of you and right and spin.
• Make sure you go pretty fast.

how to do crossovers

• first you put your right foot in front of you.
• After that you push backwards.
• You don't have to go too fast.
• this is the same for the backward crossovers and front crossovers.
• When you're doing this you put your right hand in front and the left in the back.

How to do a half flip

• First you do a 3 turn which is where you put down your right foot and turn.
• After that you put your right foot in the ice behind you.
• When your in this possession your right hand should be in front of you and your left in the back.
• Then you push off that foot that is in the ice.
• After that you land on your left foot.

Compation

• When your at compation make sure your graceful and balanced.
• Make sure you have your hands in the right possession at all times.
• If you fall just smile so it looks normal.
• Make sure you have your skates pretty tight.
• After this just do your best.
