HOW TO STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE?
1. Start Making Small Changes to Your Daily Routine
If you apply small changes and go step by step, one day you’ll definitely make it out.
2. Set a Purposeful and Realistic Goal in Mind.
If you keep a certain mindset and goal in mind you’ll definitely accomplish it.
3. Have an Open Mindset and Develop Mental Strength
If you have an open mindset, you won’t reject any new ideas. If you close off any new ideas you won’t think of trying new things and you’ll be stuck in the same spot forever. You won’t try anything new.
4. Have A Mentor, May It Be At School Or At Mandir
If you have a mentor she/he will push you out of your comfort zone to try new things. She/he will encourage you to do new things that you’ve never done before or scared to do.
5. Keep Maharaj and Swami Close To Your Heart
If Maharaj and Swami are with you nothing will happen to you. They’ll give you the power and strength to accomplish everything and make the fear go away.
6. Do Prarthana With The Right Intent
If you do prarthana to Maharaj and Swami they will listen to you and help you. But, if you do it with the wrong aim or intent it’ll go wrong. You need to do prarthana with the right purpose in mind.
