SUPPLIES
A 4ft wooden limb
A fairly sharp knife
A strong twine
Adult supervision
Knowledge of knots

STEP 1
Find a partly bended tree branch
Cut the branch of the tree
Remove the twigs CAREFULLY!
If there are hard twigs you can leave them
(Optional) sand the bow down

STEP 2
You can use twine to make a grip
First wrap twine around the bow
Next you wrap twine around again
(Optional)third time around
Finally you glue the ends to the bow

STEP 3
You want to make a fire outside
Using the fire hold the bow above it to harden
Next after the wood harden cut grooves
Cut the two twine strings evenly and wrap them around eachother
Tie a knot around each end of twine and put them in each groove

MAKING THE ARROW
Get a thin branch
Remove it from the tree
Skin it and harden it also
Find a hard light material
Cut into the branch and put the arrow in it

FINAL STEP
Get some twine and tie it around the end
Get an adult
Test fire your bow
If not successful try making some improvements
If successful congragulate yourself for being smart 😃

It was used by native americans
Used for long distance hunts
Used in many battles
Made to take down buffalo and bear
Still used today in deer hunts
