How to Make a 'NO WAX' Candle

Making this candle is pretty simple. The candle can last a little long, it depends on if you use a lot of vegetable shortening, but I intend to use a full bar.
To do this project, follow these simple steps.👍🏻

To make a candle you will need:

  • Crisco Vegetable Shortening
  • Essential Oil
  • Wicks
  • Crayola Crayons (or any other crayons)
  • A glass container
  • Tacky Glue

First, you will need to put your glass container in some spared space.

Second, you have to measure the height of your glass container with the wick. Cut the wick where it reaches to the container.

Next, take take your glue and apply it on the bottom of the wick.

Then, apply the wick in the bottom inside of your glass container.

After that, turn on your stove to medium low and dump in the vegetable shortening in a boiling pot on the stove. Constantly stir until there are no clumps.

Once it's completly melted, take the pot off the stove and turn off the heat.

Next, peel the paper from your selected crayons and break them in pieces.

Place your crayons in the liquid and stir once again until melted. While you're stiring, add some Essential Oil in.

Once you're done stirring, pour the liquid into your glass container.

After that, flatten the top smoothly. Wait for the liquid to solidify, waiting is essential.🕓

Finally, light the candle and you will have your own 'cheap' candle. It will probably last in a few weeks.
Hope you enjoyed!🤗
