Ingredients
- Gather all ingredients that are pertinent to the recipe
Whisk the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
It should look like this, not burned at all
Whisk in the eggs, butter, and lemon zest
Add milk and whisk until very smooth
Pour batter into the gratin dish
Toss raspberries on top of batter
Should look like this prior to insertion
Remove from oven, let cool
Top with powdered sugar and serve
