3.
There are 2 different fastballs
The 2-seam fastball, because of the way it is gripped, it moves a little bit to the left or right depending on the pitcher
The 4-seam fastball, it is just a direct, strait pitch

4.
Why a fastball is a good pitch
Since it is the fastest, it is hard to make contact
It has a simple arm motion that won't cause too much stress

5.
How is pitching dangerous
Since the picthing motion is unatural, it can cause major stress on the elbow, forearm or sholder
If you throw with inproper mechanics, you can get something called "Tommy John Surgery"
It has to be dangerous if 40% of all pitchers in the MLB are on the injured list

6.
What is a breaking ball
A breaking ball is a pitch that is thrown with the pitcher spinning or rotating the ball more than a regular fastball

Jason Alley
7.
The different breaking balls
Change-up
Curveball
Slider
Cutter
Knukle ball

8.
The slider is a SPECIAL kind of breaking ball because it has the rotation of a breaking ball but the speed of a fastball.

9.
Why the breaking balls are good pitches
Rick Williams said,"Other that strike one, it is the most important pitch"
It disrupts the hitters timing

How to fix your mechanics
You can do a specialized bullpen using a 3-D analasis program
