How to Use Texas Volunteer System

Go to TexasVolunteerSystem.org

Type in your complete email address including your domain

Type in your password

Select Login

If you do not have this information, please complete the Texas Volunteer System Registration Form. I will get you an account created as soon as possible.

If you have an account and just do not know your log in information, send an email to Jessica.Rymel@ag.tamu.edu.

Once you are logged in the options are all listed on the left hand side.

If you want to add your hours you need to click on the Add New Hours link

Event Description- Type in the title of the activity

Event Date- Day you participated

Apply to Project- Select the project that your hours will fit under

Miles Driven- How many miles you drove (optional)

Volunteer Hours- How many hours you worked on this event

Continuing Education- Hours you have worked to further your learning

The rest of the information should be collected on your sign in sheets and is really helpful for our reporting purposes.

You can select view your hours to find out how many hours you have completed in a designated time period or over all.

To view the membership roster, you can select Member Roster on the right hand side of the screen.

This will provide you with member contact information.

If you select the projects button, you will see the entire list of projects that are available for you to volunteer in.

If you have a project that you would like added to this list, email it to Jessica.Rymel@ag.tamu.edu

There is also a link where you can choose to provide members access to current and past newsletters.
