Humidity causes fungus, mold, bacteria, and even viruses grow that can affect your health.

A study shows that your brain can produce more serotonin (a mood-lifting chemical) during sunny or lighter days.

When it rains, it is likely that you stay inside, right? Staying inside could mean that you are socializing less. Socializing helps to not get depressed.
