• Local chapters can become disengaged and inactive at points

Communication/Transparency

• Implement organizational structure guides
• Distinct & clear role definitions for state, local, and national positions
• Guide all state chapters to set up multiple direct local leader communication lines
• Correspondence call with selected local, state, and national leaders

Engagement

• Help all states create an accesible website
• Highlighting very active individuals and chapters consistently
• Electoral reform (Promotion & Guides)
• Action to make HSDA more available and inclusive for people from all backgrounds

Outreach

• Creation of specific and targeted strategies in red areas
• Published guides specifically for leaders in all areas
• Calling and interviewing leaders already in contentious areas
