Thesis:
Human trafficking is known as modern day slavery.there are vulnerable people everywhere, but people in America are trafficked in sex trade (20%)and labor industry (41%)everyday. Our country needs to be more aware of this.
Where: in America California is in the highest ranking for human trafficking LA,SF,SD
Importance
Being aware of human trafficking is highly important, because people get hurt and taken away from their family and friends. Being held captive isn't something wanted. These victims are force either to work or a sex slave. Now imagine that this happened to your child, brother, sister, mom, or best friend. We need to know how to protect ourselves.

Moral reasons it's cruel and unethical to deceive people to perform unimaginable things for them. This isn't the way people are meant to be treated.
Human trafficking can happen anywhere and to anyone it's a major global problem that hits every country. We have the ability to improve and provide safety of our neighborhoods by getting together to end the 2nd fastest growing crime in the world.
This is $32 billion (£25 billion euros) global industry....
There are a bunch of things we could do with it like build up instead of (tear down people and traffic them) destroy life.
