Scholarships: More than $20 million is given anually to nearly 100% of students; scholarships available for academic merit; participatory grants in cheerleading, sports, concert choir, dance, marching band; and the U.S. Military; Methodist students; and others.

Abott and Fenner scholarship: $1,000 A & F Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors. Requires a short essay, the topic can be found at the A & F Web site.

B. Davis Scholarship:
$1,000 scholarship, available to high school juniors and seniors and to students who are registered at any post-secondary school.

Alabama Student Assistance Program: Determined by the Office of Student Financial Services must be completing first bachelor’s degree; must qualify for a Pell Grant; may not be awarded to students preparing for church vocations.

Their school mascot is a hawk. The school is 155 miles away from my house. There are currently around 1,500 students enrolled. With a 55% graduation rate.
