  • It is a complimentary therapy used to help with hundreds of different things like, quitting smoking, pain management, and improving memory.

  • Hypnosis is an enhanced state of awareness with heightened mental efficiency.
  • It heightens your focus and attention.
  • It is not to make people do what you want like most people think.
  • Hypnosis is a relaxed state of mind and not a deep sleep.

MORE ABOUT HYPNOSIS

  • When undergoing hypnosis your body becomes relaxed and breathing becomes slower and deeper.
  • Pulse rate drops and brain waves slow down
  • While under hypnosis your metabolic rate falls.

CERTIFACATION

  • Must have a graduate-level degree. (Master or doctorate degree)
  • Must have a total of 50 hours or more of class room instruction.
  • Must have 18 hours of hypnosis courses.
