It was December 20, 1980.In Lengby, Minnesota it was 25 degrees below 0. A 19 year old woman named Jean Hillard car skid off the road. She was trying to tell her neighbor and he found her frozen in the snow. He took her to the hospital and she was colder than a freezer! Jean was seriously frost bitten. She could not move her body. 2 hours later she went in to violent convulsions. She regained brain activity. 45 days later she was released without losing a single finger, and sporting only minor scars.
